LATEST NEWS: HTV1900 Supercharger Upgrade

Bullet Cars has now upgraded to the latest Harrop HTV1900 Supercharger on the Toyota Landcruiser Kits at no extra cost to the customer.

The Harrop HTV (Harrop Twin Vortices) supercharger system is a Roots-type supercharger manufactured utilising the latest Eaton TVS (Twin Vortices Series) rotating assembly. The Eaton TVS rotating assembly features twin four-lobe rotors, twisted 160 degrees. By comparison, the original Eaton supercharger features three lobes twisted 60 degrees. The fourth lobe and added twist, when combined with redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, creates a smoother, more efficient flow of air into the engine. In addition to improved overall efficiency, the Eaton TVS supercharger has improved noise and vibration characteristics as well.

Features

The Harrop/Eaton HTV1900 Series is a significant improvement over all previous Eaton HH based products on the market. This new Harrop/Eaton HTV range of superchargers are based on the latest Eaton TVS Generation rotating groups.

The advantages of this new generation rotating group are;

Greater volumetric efficiency which enables the rotating group to "capture" more air per revolution,
Less parasitic loss which takes less power to turn,
Create less heat which equates to greater power levels,
Incorporate a larger intake area which creates less turbulence and allows more air into the rotor ports,
Quieter for that even more Stealth appearance

Installation of Bullet Supercharging System
Superchargers can be fitted at Bullet's Queensland facility on a drive in, drive out basis.
Installation of Bullet custom manufactured Hi-flow Exhaust System
featuring tuned T.C.C. (temperature control coating) extractors, intermediate pipes and high flow cats, into 3 inch mandrel bent pipes and 2 Hi Flow mufflers, further increasing performance and economy.
Engine computer upgrade and dyno tune.
The XEDE ECU is a fine tuning tool to enhance power and performance of your supercharger installation. For those wanting ultimate performance, it will provide an additional 10% power increase. It ensures the best possible fuel economy and can be switched to an additional tuning programme when only ULP is available.

For vehicles unable to attend Bullets Queensland Facility a pre-assembled supercharger kit can be supplied and installed by a suitably qualified motor mechanic. Final adjustments would be made by your local dyno tuning shop.

Supercharger Price List

Supercharger System 5lb boost - $7650 Kit only. ($8650 fitted).
The positive displacement Supercharger system has been developed with reliability being the main focus. Small boost levels of only 5 psi allow the engine to comfortably perform without stressing internal components, whilst delivering exceptional power and torque increases. The factory engine cover can also be refitted to retain the standard factory look. This system must be fitted in conjunction with a tuneable chip. Expect an increase in power of up to 60% - up to 170kws @ all four wheels!

Tuneable XEDE Piggyback ECU

$1150 Supply only (Add $100 for 2 bar map sensor in supercharger applications).
$1750 fitted and dyno tuned

An additional XEDE ECU allows fine tuning of the engine to match the characteristics of the supercharger. This ECU piggybacks with the standard factory ECU, which still controls all factory idle and warm-up settings. This ECU comes with a base program that will allow you to wire it in and drive the vehicle to your nearest tuning facility for fine tuning as well as a dash mountable switch that allows dual map switching for different fuel octane ratings (95 or 98). The XEDE ECU can also be fitted in conjunction with an exhaust alone in order to improve fuel consumption and increase power/torque.

Ultimate Bullet Exhaust (with C.T.B)

For total efficiency, we recommend the fitment of extractors and a 3 inch high flow exhaust. We have a choice of either mild steel or stainless steel systems. Our exhausts have been thoroughly tested and utilise the latest in C.T.B (Ceramic Thermal Barrier) coatings to minimise under hood temperature. From the laser cut flange plates to the chrome tip, the entire system is fully mandrel bent utilising all the factory mounting points on the vehicle. This means that there are No modifications needed to fit the exhaust to the vehicle. Expect an additional 20% in performance.
