Overview:
This is the best bolt-on performance
improvement available for the 5.4 Boss
Modular V8 on the market. The package
delivers exhilarating yet totally
affordable supercharger performance,
representing exceptional value and
reliability. The increase in usable
torque is outstanding, while maintaining
(and consistently improving) fuel
economy.

The HTV (Harrop Twin Vortices)
supercharger system is a Roots-type
supercharger manufactured utilising the
latest Eaton TVS (Twin Vortices Series)
rotating assembly. Built for a variety
of engine configurations and high
performance applications, the HTV
Supercharger delivers more power and
better fuel economy for uncompromising
high performance driving. The design
features patented 160 degree twist
four-lobe rotors with high-flow inlet
and outlet ports that greatly enhance
thermal efficiency, delivering higher
volumetric capacity, and enable higher
operating speeds. The HTV supercharger
is capable of running with a high
efficiency across a very wide operating
range.
With the Intercooler cores mounted
internally within the manifold and a
large front mounted radiator, the high
efficiency Water to Air intercooler
setup is guaranteed to stabilise air
intake temperatures and provide
consistent power delivery.
The standard kit will deliver 8psi which
is recommended for factory stock
engines. High boost pulleys are
available for modified and rebuilt
engines with forged internals.

Overview:
The heart of the system is the awesome
2.3 litre Whipple Supercharger and a
unique registered design manifold that
packages the supercharger and all
accessories under the original intake
plenum for a totally stock appearance.
The BOSS Supercharger kit will
substantially increase Rear wheel power
by up to 110 kws on a totally standard
XR8\GT with loads of low end torque. 
Driven sensibly, it will yield excellent
fuel economy equal to or better than
factory.
The kit is professionally engineered to
ISO 9001 standards and the base kit
passes all ADR requirements. This is
especially important for Insurance and
Government transport modifications.
For those who want more, this
“intercooler ready” kit can be easily
upgraded to include the specially
designed Water to Air Intercooler.
The Boss supercharger kit is a complete
turn key package, preassembled for fast
installation including a Flash Tune Box
pre programmed with a base ADR tune.
