Supercharger Pump Warranty
Bullet Performance Products (Bullet) being the company selling supercharger products, extends only the warranty and conditions provided by the manufacturing company and the conditions set out in this document. Manufacturers warrant supercharger pumps only to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months. Bullet reserve the option on the right to repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Bullet makes no performance or merchantability warranties, neither offered or implied. Also, because superchargers are high performance modifications designed to change the performance of engines for which they are designed, and because Bullet has no control over the adequacy and correctness of installation and actual use, Bullet expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for possible engine or driveline damage, or incidental or consequential damages which may occur. The only liabilities are in conditions set out in the new car warranty implications section.

Exclusions and Limitations
The above warrantes are void under conditions set out in this section. The warranty is not transferable and intended for original purchasers only. Removal of the serial number tag, lockwire seal, disassembly of the supercharger in any way, or evidence of a restricted or blocked oil inlet fitting VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. Claims for freight damage must be held against the freight cmpany. Any item which has been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, neglected maintenance, negligence RACING (official or amateur), tampering or if repaired and/or serviced by anyone other than a service facility authorised by Bullet render such a service void.

Warranty on Installations
Warranty on complete supercharger systems supplied and installed by Bullet are limited to only the parts provided by Bullet and does not cover any other engine or drivetrain component.

Returns
All items to be returned must be approved in advance and accompanied by your original purchase invoice. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. The balance will be returned in the form of a cheque or may be applied as credit towards another purchase from Bullet. No returns will be accepted or returns for credit given on special orders. No items can be returned after 14 days of fitment.

Returning Goods to Bullet
If you feel that a repair is required, please include the following items when you return your Bullet supercharger: a) A description of the exact configuration at the time of the malfunction and all vehicle modifications b) A brief description of symptons for service personnel. c) If purchased through Bullet, a copy of the sales slip or other proof of purchase to establish warranty coverage. Include your name, address and your daytiem and evening phone numbers.

Shipment & Insurance
Shipment and insurance are available at the buyer's risk and cost.

Exclusive Remedies
The remedies provided herein are the customers sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall Bullet Performance Products Pty Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

General
All Bullet supercharger systems are designed to be within the mechanical and design tolerances of vehicles built to factory specifications and they are designed to meet or exceed original engine manufacturer's requirements for fit, finish, durability and performance. All Bullet supercharger systems are designed to increase vehicle performance and enhance driver enjoyment. Some products in this range may not be street legal. it is the customers responsibility to comply with relevant motor transport requirements in their state or territory and also be aware of motor vehicle insurance implications for modified vehicles.
